CHIEF INSTRUCTOR BRIEFING & OPERATIONAL NOTES

The 767 has a distinct nose-down attitude on approach compared to other widebodies. During the flare at 30 feet, smoothly increase pitch attitude by 2 to 3 degrees and slowly close the thrust levers to ensure a soft touchdown.

AIRCRAFT TRIVIA & HIGHLIGHTS
1FACT #1

The 767 has crossed the Atlantic Ocean more times than any other aircraft in commercial aviation history.

2FACT #2

The 2-3-2 passenger layout means 85% of seats on the aircraft are either a window or an aisle, with only one single middle seat per row.

3FACT #3

Amazon Prime Air and FedEx rely on the 767-300 Freighter as the true backbone of their global overnight express shipping network.
